Tokyo Gore Police (2008)
This month’s recommended Foreign Fears Feature film is Yoshihiro Nishimura’S film Tokyo Gore Police. This Asian gem is a wild gore ride through the streets of Tokyo that ceases to give you a break from the sheer amount of blood and guts. This film can easily be compared to Peter Jackson’s “Braindead,” in regards to the amount of gore that is scene on film. Fans of Asian horror will notice that the lead is played by none other than Eihi Shiina who previously starred in Takashi Miike’s “Odishon.” This film is definitely worth a rental, especially for all you gore hounds out there.
